Now that the Christmas is over, most of us can sit back and relax as the teenagers say chillax. Now you can breathe, clean up and get your houses and lives back in order. Christmas time can be stressful for some of us. But I am one that I never allow this holiday to stress me out, I do what I do and that’s it, because Christmas should never be about us, it’s about Jesus.
Now that you’ve packed up all of you food, made turkey salad and turkey soup with the left over turkey. Its time to get down to what most of you enjoy, desserts.
Recipe for a stress reliever
Go into the kitchen, get your dessert plate, your fork and your cake knife, now cut yourself a great big ol hunk of Key lime cake made by Mrs. Joann Adams (now this cake will make you kick your great great grandmother in her stomach) or what about a slice of 7 up cake by Cleo Ford (this cake will make you look for her in the daytime with a flashlight) or a piece of red velvet cake made by Lynese Smith (I heard it was scrumptious) or what about a slice of the most moisten cake ever Apple cake made by Dorothy Moorer (Duncan Hines ain’t got nothing on sista girls cake) or a piece of my cream cheese sweet potato pie (that will make you do the cabbage patch, the electric slide, the James Brown, the moonwalk, the Roger rabbit, the robot, the running man, the stanky leg and the Dougie).
STRESSED spelled backwards spells DESSERTS.
Enjoy yourself a nice dessert today and be stress free. Don’t forget to lick the plate (lol).
