Scar Tissue

Blessings all,

Many of us have some deep wounds and  scarring is part of the healing process.  But many of us have scar tissue which is the result of deep injury, see scar tissue is not as flexible as regular skin, scar tissue affects your organs, muscles and connective tissues causing us to not be able to function and have movement like we use too,  scar tissue can also form when there has been trauma to your body it leave scars in the form of keloid skin, this is where a scar is raised up on your skin and non cancerous this keloid is visible for others to see the your trauma on the outside of your body.

What I am saying is many of us don’t bounce back from pain, hurt, gossip, ridicule, low self esteem, sickness, betrayal, death, infidelity, abuse (sexual, mental or spiritual) a church hurt, family or friends hurt or  any kind of injury just like that, you see the process is much longer and it is a natural part of your healing process.

My suggestion to you is to llow God to perform spiritual surgery on you so that you can heal of your internal and external scar tissue and be made whole again in Jesus mighty name. Amen

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. (Matthew 11:28).

Let’s Go Back To The Old Time Way

As my hubby was driving me to work on yesterday we were listening to a song by a friend of mine (Wylecia Crayton) and the name of the song is Let’s go back to the old time way where we use to live according to God’s word where there should be no envy, no jealousy, no strife and when we helped someone didn’t talk about it or throw what we did for someone back up in their faces.

So that’s what I want to talk about today. Why is it that when we become angry with someone we want to throw up what we did for them? Why is this the first thing that come out of our mouths? Could it be that you do this to hurt the person and to make you look good? Or is it because you did it for a show and for something to talk about? Or perhaps you are just nasty, vile and wicked? Reminding people of what you did for them shows them how low you can go and that you didn’t do it from your heart and forget the age old excuse by saying that I said it because I was mad, no you said it because it was in your heart and that’s how you roll (The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it Jeremiah 17:9)? !Tell me how do you think the person feels when you spit out that poisonous venom of that reminder which should have been confidential? Tell me what do you gain by blabbing your big mouth? Shouldn’t what we do for someone be done in secret for as not to embarrass that person? Have you ever thought about that persons feelings? No you are too busy boasting and broadcasting what you did because you felt that person did you wrong and maybe they did but it doesn’t give you a reason to throw it up in their faces see it’s because you are selfish and you’re willingly trying to hurt that person that you say you love. But guess what love is patient, kind, gentle,  it does not hurt, betray, envy, self seek or keep record of someone’s wrong nor does it remind someone what you have done, love doesn’t dishonor or embarrass, it’s not mean, rude, hateful, proud or boastful and regardless how angry you become you should not sin and maliciously hurt anyone’s feelings.

People listen to me carefully when a person says this to you  believe them because the bible state that out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks (Luke 6:45) and what goes into someone’s mouth does not defile them, but what comes out of their mouth that is what defiles them (Matthew 15:11)!

So here’s a clarion call for all that like to remind others of what you do for them, stop it and stop it now before the tables turn.

For as he/she thinketh in his/her heart so is he/she so (Proverbs 23:7). So Let’s Go Back To The Old Time Way Where We Use To Live According to God’s Word and helping those in need without throwing it up in their faces and blabbing and broadcasting it on CNN!

Coincidences vs…

Coincidences vs Blessings

A Coincidence is something that happens at the same time accidentally, a coincidence is sudden and without a cause. Coincidences are temporary.

A Blessing is something that runs into you where ever you are, blessings memorizes your schedule, blessings stalk and find you, blessings are with a cause it is Gods favor and His protection. Blessings are your inheritance from God and they are permanent.

Scripture reading:

Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us all with spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.

Church Hurt

Blessing all, I just want to tell you all there there is not hurt like a church hurt, I know this because I have been through one and I never ever want to go through that again. I thank God when I joined New Church of Faith that I  had to share  with my Bishop, David S. Beacham Jr. about my hurt.

See I only wanted to come to church and hear the word, I didn’t want to get involved in anything i was safe sitting on the pews and not wanting to know anything about anyone so with that being said don’t be trying to get to know me because it was a Pastor who had hurt and wounded me. When I was led to talk to my Bishop about this he quietly said to me Robin hurt people can’t help people. When he said this I immediately felt the release of the pressure, anger, unforgiveness and wanting beat those who had harmed me behinds (can I be honest?)

I was ticked off y’all. But today I am free so I encourage you today people whatever it is let it go before bitterness, resentment and hatred sets in. You’re slowly damaging yourself for holding onto to these things, by not coming to church, by reliving what was done to you, thinking about how could God allow those who had wronged you to not be exposed. How could leaders be so corrupt but preach for us to live and be right.

God where are You?  Let it go people let it go.

Remember hurt people can’t help people.

Knock knock. Wh…

Knock knock. Who’s there? It’s Jesus will you open up your heart and let me in? Knock knock. Who is it? It’s Jesus will you please unlock the door so that I can come in? Knock knock who is it? It’s Jesus, the door is still locked. Hold on a minute Jesus I think I lost the key.

That’s how it is with some of us we have been in sin so long that we’ve lost the key. Find your key or burst the door out so that Jesus can come in and set your free.
